Shō is a driven leader in Windsor, Ontario's art community, being a major multidisciplinary center for artists of any style from digital to fashion, oil to pencil, or authors to actors alike. I was introduced to what Shō could offer when I participated in my first ever group exhibition and shared my work among dozens of other artists in July 2024. It could not have been a better experience. Their endless support, enthusiasm for their artists, and deep connections with the community truly make them a gem.
They have since given me the opportunity of a lifetime, allowing me to showcase 60 of my larger pieces, including 30 augmented reality features, at my biggest exhibition yet in October, 2024. You can find out more about Shō and their events at the link below.
Arts Council Windsor & Region
Art Council, Art Services, Gallery Exhibition
Founded in 1980, ACWR has been an active community arts partner, council, and service organization that serves artists, art enthusiasts, and non-artists alike. I was first introduced to their amazing team in May 2024, where I held my first ever gallery experience at their Art Speak exhibition location. For my first show, it could not have gone better, pulling in over 250 visitors to their unique location in the core of Walkerville.
